Refund Policy

Unfortunately no refund can be made after the flowers have been dispatched. Once an order has been placed we may not be able to make alterations to the order details, please ensure all details of messages and address are accurate at the time of placing your order.
A refund may be available if you make an error in your payment. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or payment. If you do make an error please, email sales@rivertonflorist.com.au or call 08 9354 1922 as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

Riverton Florist will not sell or release your personal information to any third party under any circumstances, except where required by law, eg. credit card fraud, or unlawful activity. Riverton Florist will only share personal customer information to our agents, representatives, service providers and contractors for the limited purpose of fulfilling customer orders.

Terms of Service

1. All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
2. Prices include GST, and delivery is added during the checkout process.
3. All designs illustrated are a guide only as to content and may vary according to seasonal availability and quality. In some instances substitution to equivalent or greater value may be necessary.

Riverton Florist guarantee fresh flower quality and value of every order. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time. In the event of any goods being unavailable for hampers we will substite other good of equivalent value. Delivery is available during normal business hours Monday to Saturday. Delivery is not available Sundays (or public holidays) without prior agreement. A surcharge may apply. Please consider this when placing your order. Please ensure someone will be available at delivery address to receive your order. (delivering to business addresses, where possible.) It is important that you provide a contact number for the recipient so we can contact them if delivery is not possible after the first attempt. You may nominate for your gift to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if required. If no instructions are given the courier will leave a collection card.
